The webinar
will address the following:

aftermaths of traumatic incidents (physically & psychologically), trauma,
and "vicarious trauma”.
- Defining the
"Acute Stress Response” and when it could turn into "Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder” (PTSD).
- Few
relaxation techniques will be offered and practiced to diffuse the stress
response from becoming chronic.
- Ways for
coping and deepening resilience despite the many negative forces working
against us.
