Positive emotional states are integral for better
general well-being; while prolonged negative emotions can be detrimental to
both physical & psychological health. In this workshop, participants of Fattal group will
learn the basics of mastering their own psychology to deal with life's hardship
when negative emotions take over at times. It offers a practicum of easy to use
techniques that enables participants better regulate their emotions from
negative ones & transform them into more positive empowering emotions. The
workshop is usually offered through a whole day program that includes a
coaching component and a big list of techniques to be practiced during the
workshop. For an hour and a half workshop, it will include the most basic
techniques that can still be very beneficial to participants.
In this workshop, attendees will:
- Become aware of internal positive &
negative emotions as drivers of internal states, moods, & behaviors.
- Learn that transforming negative emotions
can be as easy changing thoughts, behaviors, & one’s physiology to
become mentally tough
- Get emotionally fit through practicing a
variety of tools that change feeling tensed to relaxed; grumpy to happy;
& awkward to confident.
- Become more in control of negative
emotions & generally a more positive person.
