This 3 days program
is intended to equip participants with a new mindset around self-care, staff
care, wellbeing & resilience. It will be a combination of training
(providing new skills & information) & coaching (allowing participants
to come up with their own solutions). Each day is focused on acquiring a
specific set of skills to learn, reflect on, & maybe practice. They will have
firsthand experience with resolving their own life-stressors & get a drill of
practicing emotional regulation techniques to beat stressful negative states.
Participants will, also, gradually be relating to how the material can be
implemented at their workplace in different ways as cornerstones of their
wellness & resilience initiatives to foster among their coworkers (both
managers & frontline staff).
