This workshop engages participants in examining their "Wheel of Life” and assessing their satisfaction on essential life areas in addition to their careers. It capitalizes on living for a "purpose” & setting "SMART goals” to enhance dissatisfied areas in one’s life. The workshop, also, provides tips on work-life balance essentials, risks, and benefits, and techniques to become more personally productive through effective time management and using a "productivity journal” while eliminating time wasters. An overview of stress, stress management, and stress busters will guide participants to becoming more in control to face life challenges. The secrets of "happier living” will be a good recap to stress focusing on taking action in different life areas besides "the job” while briefing the top "regrets” of not living right.
