In this interview, Dania discusses the upside of negative emotions like: low mood, stress, anxiety, anger, remorse, and guilt. While it is true that we try to avoid such feelings, but these are actually our allies; and propel us to take action and guide us in so many ways. Life wouldn't be as colorful if it weren't for such experiences. The trick is not to allow ourselves to stay in such states for a long time. Part of being emotionally intelligent is to regulate these emotions before they drag us down and end up needing professional help. The interview took place in MTV Lebanon studios on September 7th, 2019.
