We are having it hard as our country goes from one crisis to another. It has become apparent that we are experiencing shared anxiety and shared low mood resulting from these incredibly tough times. It’s true that it may be best to take things a day at a time to make it through. In order to do that, though, we need to be more emotionally fit to handle this heavy load. This webinar, is designed to point to the "super powers” you have and that you can use daily to boost your psychological health. The super powers are within your reach. Of course, you still have to reach out and use them!

The webinar has several objectives:

        Experience some online fun instead of listening to just a lecture about super powers you have & can use right now.

        Provide you some easy to use tools to shift your internal negative states to be more empowered: from being weary to energetic, from feeling stressed to relaxed, from being grumpy to happy, & from feeling awkward to more confident

        Practice these tools & experience the positive psychological shifts once you decide to be more in charge

        Have a short Laughter Yoga online session
