All are results oriented approaches. Each weekly session takes the form of a dialogue that allows you to safely express your deepest thoughts and feelings (things you normally wouldn't share with others). Hypnotherapy is the fastest route to effecting positive life changes compared to other forms of therapy (e.g. psychoanalysis, behavioral therapy, etc ….). It is a process that involves inducing a very relaxed physical and mental state more like guided day-dreaming or meditation. In such a state you communicate better with your unconscious mind (i.e. your autopilot) which controls much of your behavior, emotions, and thought processes.
